Synopsis :
Before Bad Brains, the Sec Pistols or even the Ramones, there was a band called Death. Punk before punk existed, three teenage brothers in the early '70s formed a band in their spare bedroom, began playing a few local gigs and even pressed a single in the hoped of getting signed. But this was the era of Motown and emerging disco. Record companies found Death’s music - and band name - too intimidating, and the group were never given a fair shot, disbanding before they even completed one album. Equal parts electrifying rockumentary and epic family love story, A Band Called Death chronicles the incredible fairy-tale journey of what happened almost three decades later, when a dusty 1974 demo tape made it way out of the attic and found an audience several generations younger. Playing music impossible ahead of its time, Death is now being credited as the first black pun band (hell... the first punk band!), and are finally receiving their long overdue recognition as true rock pioneers.

Today is Dolly's (Felicity Jones) wedding day, and her family is arriving at the manor house with all the cheerfulness, chaos and petty grievances that bubble to the surface at such gatherings. Trouble soon appears with the arrival of Joseph (Luke Treadaway), Dolly's lover from the previous summer, who throws her feelings into turmoil. To her mother's (Elizabeth McGovern) exasperation, his presence threatens to upset the design she had for her daughter's future. Dolly, for her part, just can't decide whether to run away with Joseph or start a new life in Argentina with her husband to be.....

Meanwhile, Dolly's mother (Elizabeth McGovern) remains determined to ensure that the ceremony transpires without incident. As the temptation to run away with Joseph grows, Dolly must choose between a stable future with her devoted fiancé or a life less ordinary with the man who swept her off her feet.

A chronicle of the decade-long hunt for al-Qaeda terrorist leader Osama bin Laden after the 9/11 attacks, and his death at the hands of the Navy SEAL Team 6 in May, 2011.
Joel Edgerton was originally cast in the lead role, but dropped out due to scheduling conflicts and was replaced by Jason Clarke. However when scheduling conflicts were resolved, Edgerton was able to return and Clarke was given another role.

Bigelow and writer Mark Boal were working on a script about Bin Laden long before his death, and shooting was supposed to begin in the summer of 2011. His capture obviously made them change their plans, and we got a movie with an ending everyone knows. In that sense, this movie is like Titanic but with people dying mostly by guns and explosions instead of a giant piece of ice.
